I landed in Phuket at 8 in the morning, so I was at the hotel early. I asked to check in and they didn't refuse! They said: once we've cleaned up after the previous guests, we'll call you. I went to the beach, which is 2 minutes from the hotel, and a bit later they messaged me on WhatsApp that I could come. They clean well, you just need to hang up the sign saying cleaning is needed. There's a microwave, which is very handy for heating up a sandwich from the 7-Eleven before an early departure, for example. All in all a decent hotel! Close to the sea, massages, the 7-Eleven, ATMs. Maybe someone needs a TV: I didn't have one, but I don't really watch it anyway )

Excellent location; the building needs renovating, but overall it's a great base for getting around, with lots going on nearby, an excellent bar downstairs that makes an espresso better than the Italian one, and the property is a stone's throw from the sea.

Such a lovely place, the room was very nice and big enough. The location is iust a minute walk to the beach.

The property is really clean and safe; when we called the people in charge, they got back to us straight away and took care of what we needed.

A clean, tidy hotel, separate air conditioners in every room, a nice sunset view, very nice staff, a beautiful and excellent jacuzzi. The location isn't central for a tourist but very local; there's a hairdresser, massages and convenience stores a short distance away

The hotel is only 100 metres from the beach. A quiet and peaceful place. Everything you need is close by. Check-in is quick, the staff polite. The only downside is that the mattress and furniture smell of mould.
