The site presents stays managed or offered by Phuket Villa Manage Co., Ltd. We take care to keep the content accurate, but details of a home, its facilities and its surroundings can change, and photographs show the home at the time they were taken.

Sending an enquiry, by message or through a form, does not hold any dates and does not commit you to anything.

A stay is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing and the payment terms for that stay have been agreed.

Prices on this site are estimates in Thai baht for the dates and group size shown. The final price, including any charges not shown, is confirmed by message before you pay.

Availability shown on the site is refreshed regularly but can be out of date. It is confirmed when we reply to your enquiry.

Reviews shown on the site come from booking platforms. They express the opinion of the person who wrote them.

Text, photographs and other content on the site belong to Phuket Villa Manage Co., Ltd. or to the partners who supplied them and may not be reused without permission.

Some stays are offered on behalf of partner owners. The terms of the stay, including cancellation, are confirmed at enquiry for each home.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
