Amazing villa with great host.

Everything was superb. House was clean. Rooms were great size. Huge living room. Awesome pool. Great outdoor space. The house was so big there were spaces we didn't even set foot in! And there were 8 of us! There was good quality WiFi. Bathrooms were equipped soap and shampoo and clean towels. Home owner even supplied speakers to connect to our phones via Bluetooth. Homeowner was kind to allow a friend of mine who came earlier than the rest of us to come in at 10AM rather than the agreed 3PM check-in time. And we were allowed to stay until 2PM rather than the agreed 12PM check-out time. (We had to stay in the outdoor area because the maid was preparing the place for another party to arrive at 3PM, but I'm definitely not complaining!) The villa is LITERALLY a 5 min bike ride from patong beach. So we got our peace and quite at the villa. And going to and coming back from all the bars and restaurant and the beach was so easy and quick.

Good — a very nice, very big villa. So happy to have found a house we liked at short notice. Replies were quick too. Great!

A novel experience!

***'s place is a living catalog of pottery barn. The villa itself is a magnificent property stacked on 4 floors. You are greeted by a 10 foot size aquarium as you enter the place. The living room has 2 sections perfectly furnished to sit back with friends and enjoy your drinks. In front you'll find a relaxing swimming pool who's beauty can be enjoyed from every room. Every room is different complementing the aesthic of the villa. The most sought out place in the entire villa is the top floor jacuzzi bedroom with its aptly mounted lighting system. You feel like an Egyptian God as you walk down the aisle from inside the bedroom towards the jacuzzi escorted by wide mirror on the side. If you want to spend some party good time with your friends and end up relaxing in pool and jucuzzi later before crashing on the cotton soft bed, this is it.

The house is very big and very clean, and the location is good too. The host replied promptly and the housekeeper followed up straight away. The only slight regret, maybe because of the season, is that there were quite a lot of mosquitoes.

The villa has four bedrooms in total, but one of them is beside the main house rather than with the others. There is one bedroom on each floor; the bedrooms are all quite large and each has its own bathroom. The master bedroom on the third floor in particular is enormous, with its own washbasin area, its own shower room, its own toilet and a huge jacuzzi bath. We didn't use the bath, though, because filling it takes far too long. The villa is in Patong, but some distance from the busy centre, so you'll need to hire a car to get around; still, it's only five or six minutes' drive to Jungceylon, which is very good. For a big group, this villa is the best choice. You won't regret it! During our days in Phuket we have *** to thank for his help: he arranged everything for us perfectly, so we had nothing to worry about. We wanted to cook at the villa, and *** even went out to buy the pots and pans we needed and, thinking the cooking area would be hot, bought a new fan too. The dining area has air conditioning; only the cooking area doesn't. The pool water is clean too, but there are trees in the garden, and when it's windy at night a lot of dead leaves get blown into the pool. The whole villa is in Thai style and really very nice. Also, we were travelling independently, but for every day's outing, just tell *** where you want to go and he takes care of everything — you just wait at the villa for the car to pick you up. Very convenient! We were a party of eight adults and one child and stayed five days at the villa, and we didn't want to leave. If we get the chance to come to Phuket again, we'll definitely choose ***'s place again. Reliable, thoughtful, nothing to worry about! (Tip: the villa includes 60 kWh of free electricity per day, which is enough with normal use if you switch everything off when you go out. Anything over 60 kWh a day has to be paid for at the end, but big spenders, feel free — electricity in Thailand isn't expensive.)

I really, really recommend this villa. It's very spacious and fully equipped, a cleaner comes in to tidy up, and the pool is cleaned every day and kept very clean. The location is quiet and not far from Patong Beach, and there's a motorbike rental place nearby: the house manager took us there in person, and the deposit was very low. The manager arranged a lot for us. Thank you so much.

An unbeatable pool. We come to Phuket every year, and this time we found the best garden and pool yet. The manager was very helpful too and arranged every part of our itinerary perfectly. Highly recommended!

The villa has a very big pool, and the master bedroom has a very expensive jacuzzi bath with so many functions we couldn't really work out how to use it. It rained heavily the night before, and in the morning there was a little frog by the pool, which was rather cute. The manager was very helpful, usually responding within a few minutes, and even arranged our plans for after check-out, which saved us a lot of trouble. Highly recommend this place!
