Difficult to get in with the car, but nice place!

Exceeded expectations—absolutely stunning frontline sea view and very close to Patong. Even without driving ourselves, using the Bolt service recommended by the host was fast and very affordable. The house manager, ***, was incredibly warm and helpful, always responsive. Everything was perfect—thank you for providing such a wonderful holiday memory.

great place for a getaway with family or friends

The whole villa is very spacious and has enough room for 10 people. The pool is big enough, and the rest of the facilities are good enough for a longer stay. The location is fine if you have your own vehicle. You should bear this in mind beforehand, because without transport you cannot get to any sights, beaches and so on. Communication went smoothly, even though we never actually saw or met the hosts themselves. Our requests were answered quickly, though. The only drawback was how complaints were followed up. The bolt of the lock in the house did not extend fully, so the lock could have been forced open with some effort. The caretaker was supposed to come, but never did. The dishwasher did not work, but washing up by hand was possible. I could lock the safe but not unlock it. The caretaker was supposed to open the safe again, but never came. All in all, though, we would come back.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we needed anything at all our needs were met very quickly. Communication was prompt & regular. The location was amazing, the house met all our expectations. Located close enough to Patong but not in the hustle & bustle. Transport was readily available but there was also a few local pubs & eateries within walking distance. Would definitely recommend for large family or friend groups. groups.Would absolutely stay again. Thank you to our hosts & staff

The villa is close to Patong Beach, but you need to take a taxi to get in and out. There are no large supermarkets or restaurants nearby, so meals and shopping also mean a taxi to Patong, which is not very convenient. It is close to the road and you can hear engines roaring; it gets a little better after midnight. Apart from that, the stay was very good: the rooms are spacious and bright, the sea view is magnificent, the pool is very clean and the children had a great time. The Wi-Fi had problems on two days of our stay, and the host offered to cover the cost of our mobile roaming data. Very good service.

amazing, stunning views. pool, the worrks. in cre di ble property. just note not all rooms have their own in suite bathroom. also there 1 room to which you reach by walking thru another room. for us it was all awesome as we didnt need all the rooms anyway. and, the host is incredible nice and went all the way yo please us
