This spacious villa is located in a rather remote place, although not far from Patong area by car (I'd recommend a car rental), and has lots of beds (if you are a big group), a big swimming pool, a beautiful and somewhat exquisite garden and parking lots for two cars (or maybe three). If you want some good rest in a quiet and private place, which we wanted this time, this villa is a very nice choice. The host, *** , is quite responsive and helpful. There is also a family mart nearby within walking distance (Grab delivery also available), which is very convenient.

*** was a great host. Very responsive and helpful for whatever we needed. The check-in process was smooth and so was the check out. The property is a beautiful 4 bedroom Thai-Style villa perfect for families or group of friends who would like to spend some good time close to buzzing patong area but also maintain so peace and quiet. The property is about 5 minute drive from the patong beach and short drive from kalim, kamala, and Surin. If you don’t have a car grab service is available and easy to reach the property and a Family Mart convenience store is located just at the bottom of the hill (3min walk) that can offer you the necessary amenities. Over all our stay at ***’s property was excellent and I would definitely recommend it. See you again next time.

The villa is really big and with all comfort. The pool is super nice. And *** , the host is very helpful. Everything was perfect.

Great villa, with nice rooms!

***'s place has lots of character and is very spacious. The pool was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily pool time. It is about 20 minutes drive to the beach which is far but the pool at the house made up for that. It was lovely! The GRAB APP worked very well for us to order in meals and get a taxi to take us to the beach. There is a convenience store about 5 minutes walk away. Have cash on hand as there is no ATM nearby. We loved our time there!

Great house and *** is super helpful. It takes a bit from the city center but it is worth staying there. Never had experience like this before

Amazing villa with great host.

Everything was superb. House was clean. Rooms were great size. Huge living room. Awesome pool. Great outdoor space. The house was so big there were spaces we didn't even set foot in! And there were 8 of us! There was good quality WiFi. Bathrooms were equipped soap and shampoo and clean towels. Home owner even supplied speakers to connect to our phones via Bluetooth. Homeowner was kind to allow a friend of mine who came earlier than the rest of us to come in at 10AM rather than the agreed 3PM check-in time. And we were allowed to stay until 2PM rather than the agreed 12PM check-out time. (We had to stay in the outdoor area because the maid was preparing the place for another party to arrive at 3PM, but I'm definitely not complaining!) The villa is LITERALLY a 5 min bike ride from patong beach. So we got our peace and quite at the villa. And going to and coming back from all the bars and restaurant and the beach was so easy and quick.
