We had an amazing stay in the villa !! The host was responsive and very kind. The highlight is the pool with the unforgettable view but also all the bedrooms were really comfortable. I recommend it,especially for group of friends that want to have privacy !

A good experience overall. Guests' problems are dealt with promptly, the pool is very clean, and it suits a small group. It's about 5 km from Patong, so if you don't like noise and crowds, this is a good choice.

Kalim Villa in Phuket is a fantastic choice for those seeking a private and relaxing getaway. First of all the host was very responsive we had a few issues with water and power but the host and caretakers sorted everything quickly. The location is great, very private and secure. The add for the villa is a little misleading, upon entering the home I was disappointed to see that only 2 bedrooms are under the main roof. You have to walk outside and down stairs to get to the other 2 bedrooms and then the final 2 are located in a detached small house off to the side of the main house. This infact turned out to be fantastic for our group of adults as everyone had their space, however a family with children might want to reconsider. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay at Kalim Villa, the caretakers were often on site which wasn't mentioned but was appreciated. Tuktuks were easy to flag down outside the villa for a quick ride to patong. The view was AMAZING and we miss it already. Our family had a lovely holiday here and were sad to leave. Thank you!

A very good stay, and the scenery is wonderful.

The host was incredible. Helpful and prepared everything well. The place lacked a few basic necessities that would have been nice. No paper towels or wash cloths. There were cigarette bits by the pool. The water in sinks and showers was brown (not sure if this is everywhere in Thailand or unique to this spot). The views were incredible, but the beach we could see was very difficult to get to and maybe even private to some other location. WiFi didn’t work most of the time. And I don’t love the paying a large deposit for AC when we arrive, even though we got half back. We were only there 2 days so it was kind of a lot to charge. Tough, because I wanted to write a great review but there were some things that were lacking for sure.

We had a great time in the Villa with this spectacular sea view. This was the highlight of this place together with the pool. The beach can be accessed via a small path within a few minutes. The location is very good between Kamala and Patong, i.e. something for every taste.
