We are experienced travelers and have visited Phuket many times, so I consider this review to be very objective. We really liked everything about this hotel. It was very clean, and the friendly and helpful staff deserve special thanks. The location is very convenient in Phuket Town, especially if you need to travel to the airport. The hotel is close to the main bus station, which is a big advantage.

A sweet little hotel with nice furnishings, and clean. New mattresses, and coffee, tea and water in the room. There's also a fridge.

The property was nice, little gym just enough, nice pool and restaurant location. Hotel location was perfect for my needs. The Lilly pond was nice to look out at sunset, with mountains. Very friendly staff and cleaning ladies.. free water everyday😃😎

Wonderful room and service! Tastefully decorated, lots of nice touches to make you feel comfortable. Short walk to the incredible Phuket Old Town. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, wonderful staff. Everything in the room worked; the air conditioner didn't make noise or drip and could be adjusted properly. There were towels, a kettle, and bathroom and toilet supplies. The cats that live there deserve a special mention, they're simply great. They're kept in a separate room and don't roam around the hotel itself.

The location was top. The cats are sweet ♥️ Very friendly staff. They even swapped our pillows in the middle of the night 🙌🏻 Walk through the narrow alley and eat at the restaurant at the end of it, it's very tasty

The location of the hotel is very nice. Just 10 minutes walk from the main street in downtown. It has everything you need nearby.
