Talay Thong Villa

Talay Thong Villa is a seven-bedroom house set directly on the shore of a calm bay, with wooded hills across the water and fishing boats moored offshore. The building rises in white, low-pitched tiers, and its lower roofs are laid out as shallow ponds of water lilies.

At the top of the house, an infinity pool runs alongside a covered pavilion with a dining table, daybeds and a glass-walled lounge, all facing the bay. At garden level, a second pool sits under a shade sail next to a covered terrace, and the lawn runs down to the water's edge. The bay is tidal: at low tide the sea draws back across wide sand flats.
