Overview
A two-storey, three-bedroom villa inside a gated community off Nanai Road, in central Patong. Renovated in 2022, it sleeps six and has its own garden, with 24-hour security at the community gate.
The ground floor is bright and open: a living room with a generous sofa, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, each with a king bed, and two further bathrooms. The house faces north, which keeps the rooms out of the strongest sun through the day.
The lanes of the community are calm and largely residential, good for an early walk. Restaurants, convenience stores and massage shops are within a short stroll, and Jungceylon, Bangla Road and Patong Beach are each a few minutes away by car or motorbike.
Check-in is self-service with a lockbox, and parking is free inside the gate. A cot, high chair and children's tableware are provided for families, and the washing machine and full kitchen suit longer stays.
