The bedrooms are on the two floors above, finished in cream walls, rattan and pale timber, with tall arched windows. Some rooms have two king beds side by side, and there are two full bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Restaurants, massage shops, convenience stores and the beach are all within easy walking distance. Check-in is by lockbox, and a washing machine is available in the building.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions we had were addressed quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
