Very nice stay , spacious and clean Owner was responsive and helpful Occasionally there’s sewage smell from toilet but not a big issue As it’s close to airport so can hear the noise from flight but I can sleep through in my 3 weeks stay Highly recommend since it’s so close to lots of cafe and restaurant , very convenient

There was a little difficulty with the check-in process, but the place itself was very good. That said, there is a strong drain smell, so it would be really nice to put a diffuser in the bathroom. It was really, really good!

It’s located in a really nice area, 5 min walk to the main street and all the services we’re looking for supermarkets, spa, cafes and food etc. Although there’s lots to do around, the apt is still quiet at night.

*** was very kind and happily agreed to an early check-in. Communication was also very smooth. The condominium’s location is excellent and security is thorough, so you can stay with peace of mind.

Accommodation in ***'s flat was amazing. *** is great host, always fast to answer on our questions and requests. The flat is in the heart of Nimman yet far from the main road so it is calm. The house itself is new and modern as well as the apartment. When we are next time in Chiang Mai we will stay here again. Thanks ***!

We stayed here for 3 months and really liked it. *** is an amazing host, always very helpful and reactive. The apartment was exactly like the pictures, very cozy and with lots of natural light in the living room. The neighbourhood is nice with many bars, cafés, restaurants, etc. though it can get a little bit noisy at times, especially with the airport nearby. The residence itself is quiet with a very kind and helpful staff and with a bonus access to the pool and the gym. Lovely stay overall, thank you ***!

Great apartment situated in a good location. Very modern, well equipped and spacious. Felt like good value for money, would recommend . It took us 2 minutes to walk into the heart of town. There is a seven eleven close by and restaurants. The host *** is very helpful and responsive.

A great experience! I really liked this apartment. Getting around is easy too. There are security guards 24 hours a day. Very safe.

A perfect location if you want to enjoy Nimman in total relaxation, with its bars and restaurants and countless shops. The home is really lovely, comfortable and welcoming (as well as very clean). The condominium and its staff were very kind and always helpful. *** was always extremely quick to answer every request we made (each time he replied within a few minutes, with great courtesy and kindness). Spending your holiday in ***’s apartment will surely make your stay in Chiang Mai all the more special. Highly recommended!

The location of ***’s apartment is very close to the One Nimman and Maya, which is really convenient for travelers. The condo is cosy, clean, and well-equipped. Highly recommend ***’s condo to people who come to Chiang Mai.

I stayed here 4 days. It's neat and comfortable place to stay. There is swimming pool and gym so I enjoyed the place. You should better take a shower filter when you visit Chiang-mai.
