Great condo in a good location with some great restaurants very close to the condo. Has everything you need for a longer stay and all the connivence of being in Nimman.

We had an excellent stay at this Nimman condo and would absolutely return. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to Nimman One, Maya Mall, cafes, restaurants, and everything you need. It’s right in the heart of the action, yet the apartment itself is quiet, comfortable, and very relaxing. The space is exactly as described: modern, clean, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay, and the 55” TV was a nice bonus for downtime. Check-in was smooth and easy, and *** was responsive and helpful. Having a pool, gym, steam room in the complex was also a big plus. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Chiang Mai - great value, great location, and a very comfortable home base. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay. The place has everything we need and then location is perfect. Building is nice, little gym and always clean as well. Absolutely nothing to fault, even the fry pan was good haha. We would definitely stay again.🙌🏼

Great long-term stay in Nimman. Perfect location near cafes/restaurants, reliable internet, and friendly building staff. Occasional airplane noise and check-in instructions could be clearer, but overall I’d book again.

***’s condo exceeded all expectations. The unit is modern, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything from the fixtures to the furniture feels fresh and up to date. The kitchen is especially well-stocked with high-quality cooking gear, utensils, and dinnerware—plus a bonus air fryer that was easy to use and made healthy cooking a breeze. *** was an exceptional host—proactive, responsive, and genuinely caring. He checked in regularly and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The building staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the small but well-maintained exercise room, which was never crowded, and the peaceful pool area with a relaxing breeze. The location in Nimman couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Maya Mall, great restaurants, shops, and plenty of massage spots. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good for long stays has everything you need. Wi-Fi was great. The king size bed was comfortable. The airport is noticeable so bring ear plugs. Close to many places to eat and grab a coffee. Chicken place near by is delicious. Gym had all the basics needed to work out. Check in and out was very easy.

Great stay. The apartment is large, airy and very clean. Located a short walk away from great restaurants and shopping district. I would definitely recommend ***'s apartment.

Great stay at ***'s place. Very well appointed with everything you need for a long term stay - kitchen appliances, utensils, washing machine, and plenty of little things that make it feel like a real apartment and not a hotel room.

The place itself was great, spacious and in a fantastic location! The people who ran the building were so kind and friendly! The only downside to this place (and its minor) was that we feel like it wasn’t well equipped with some of the essentials when we arrived (toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc.) so we need to go out and get those the first day of our stay.

My partner and I enjoyed spending a month at ***’s apartment. The apartment is located approximately 5 minutes from Maya mall but far enough off the main road to be considered a private area. The apartment is spacious and benefits from a communal swimming pool and gymnasium. As with the Nimman area in general, being so close to Chiang Mai airport means you will hear aeroplanes flying overhead. We did get used to this and staying anywhere in Nimman this would happen but do keep this in mind. I’d highly recommend staying here if you value space and amenities.
