Good stay at this villa, would recommend.

A good experience overall. Guests' problems are dealt with promptly, the pool is very clean, and it suits a small group. It's about 5 km from Patong, so if you don't like noise and crowds, this is a good choice.

If you want a peaceful stay in an impressive villa with private security, this is your place. It's close to the hustle and bustle… but far enough away to be peaceful. A good host, and in the future, if I could and needed to… I would come again.

Great location and spacious rooms

The place itself was great, spacious and in a fantastic location! The people who ran the building were so kind and friendly! The only downside to this place (and its minor) was that we feel like it wasn’t well equipped with some of the essentials when we arrived (toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc.) so we need to go out and get those the first day of our stay.

An excellent sea view. The host is friendly. We liked it. We'll come back again. I recommend it to everyone.

First of all the host was very responsive we had a few issues with water and power but the host and caretakers sorted everything quickly. The location is great, very private and secure. The add for the villa is a little misleading, upon entering the home I was disappointed to see that only 2 bedrooms are under the main roof. You have to walk outside and down stairs to get to the other 2 bedrooms and then the final 2 are located in a detached small house off to the side of the main house. This infact turned out to be fantastic for our group of adults as everyone had their space, however a family with children might want to reconsider. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay at Kalim Villa, the caretakers were often on site which wasn't mentioned but was appreciated. Tuktuks were easy to flag down outside the villa for a quick ride to patong. The view was AMAZING and we miss it already. Our family had a lovely holiday here and were sad to leave. Thank you!

A very good stay, and the scenery is wonderful.

Stayed here for 6 nights with a large group of friends. It was perfect that everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Having the living, dining area separated was great for the people that wanted to stay up late to play board games without disturbing the people who wanted to sleep. The host was excellent to deal with.

My partner and I enjoyed spending a month at ***’s apartment. The apartment is located approximately 5 minutes from Maya mall but far enough off the main road to be considered a private area. The apartment is spacious and benefits from a communal swimming pool and gymnasium. As with the Nimman area in general, being so close to Chiang Mai airport means you will hear aeroplanes flying overhead. We did get used to this and staying anywhere in Nimman this would happen but do keep this in mind. I’d highly recommend staying here if you value space and amenities.
