The room is clean, spacious enough, comfortable bed. The room on the 2nd floor is especially convenient for families with children, there is a children's room nearby, my son ran there on his own. The building has a gym and a library. The hotel is nice, there is a swimming pool with a bar on the roof, from the building there is an exit to another pool with children's slides, the warmest one is going down to another pool. 10 minutes walk from the beach, for those who do not like walking I advise you to rent a motorcycle or a car. At the exit from the hotel you can buy fruit, and there is also a laundry, motorcycle rental, cafe nearby.

Great location, close to the beach and on the main road. Good size room, comfy bed and very clean. Had a microwave, small fridge and kettle with coffe and tea supplies. Staff was very nice and helpful. They have some lovely cats which you can spend some time with for a tip or a 5 star review. We would definitely stay here again!

I landed in Phuket at 8 in the morning, so I was at the hotel early. I asked to check in and they didn't refuse! They said: once we've cleaned up after the previous guests, we'll call you. I went to the beach, which is 2 minutes from the hotel, and a bit later they messaged me on WhatsApp that I could come. They clean well, you just need to hang up the sign saying cleaning is needed. There's a microwave, which is very handy for heating up a sandwich from the 7-Eleven before an early departure, for example. All in all a decent hotel! Close to the sea, massages, the 7-Eleven, ATMs. Maybe someone needs a TV: I didn't have one, but I don't really watch it anyway )

The villa is close to Patong Beach, but you need to take a taxi to get in and out. There are no large supermarkets or restaurants nearby, so meals and shopping also mean a taxi to Patong, which is not very convenient. It is close to the road and you can hear engines roaring; it gets a little better after midnight. Apart from that, the stay was very good: the rooms are spacious and bright, the sea view is magnificent, the pool is very clean and the children had a great time. The Wi-Fi had problems on two days of our stay, and the host offered to cover the cost of our mobile roaming data. Very good service.

amazing, stunning views. pool, the worrks. in cre di ble property. just note not all rooms have their own in suite bathroom. also there 1 room to which you reach by walking thru another room. for us it was all awesome as we didnt need all the rooms anyway. and, the host is incredible nice and went all the way yo please us

Satisfied overall

Excellent location; the building needs renovating, but overall it's a great base for getting around, with lots going on nearby, an excellent bar downstairs that makes an espresso better than the Italian one, and the property is a stone's throw from the sea.
