Overview
A four-bedroom pool villa of about 550 sqm in a gated estate on the hillside above Kata Beach, in the Karon sub-district of Phuket. The beach is an eight-minute walk downhill, with restaurants, cafés and a convenience store on the way.
Living, dining and cooking share a single pavilion beneath a stepped timber ceiling that rises to a skylight. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide back to the pool deck. A curved sofa and leather armchairs make up the sitting area, the kitchen island has a breakfast bar, and a long dining table sits under woven pendant lights, with a round table beside it.
Each of the four bedrooms has a 1.8-metre king bed, its own bathroom and step-out access to the pool area, and one has a sitting corner by the glass. The master bathroom pairs a freestanding bath with a rain shower and a long vanity with two basins, and there is a separate guest WC. Double glazing, air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the rooms cool, and the front door opens with a smart lock.
Outside, timber decking runs the length of the pool, with sun loungers under a parasol and an outdoor shower. A side terrace has built-in seating and a dining table, and a gas barbecue grill stands at the far end of the pool. Parking is covered and on site, and staff on the estate handle check-in.

The house is brand new, and the location is extremely convenient. The street-facing bedroom gets a little bit of noise but is completely manageable, while the other three bedrooms are perfectly quiet. Highly recommended!
