Overview

A four-bedroom pool villa of about 550 sqm in a gated estate on the hillside above Kata Beach, in the Karon sub-district of Phuket. The beach is an eight-minute walk downhill, and a convenience store and the restaurants of Patak Road are closer still.

The villa is built around a courtyard pool. Living room, dining area and kitchen share one open pavilion beneath a stepped timber ceiling that rises to a skylight, with woven leaf-shaped pendants above a long dining table and a curved sofa at the centre of the room. Full-height glass doors open to the pool deck, and the kitchen is arranged around an island with bar stools.

    My family and I just spent 7 nights in this villa and we had a fantastic experience right from booking it to when we checked out. The host is very responsive and answered all of my questions i had in a timely manner. Check in was simple we literally walked straight into the villa, and for the villa itself it is exactly as described and as the pictures show it, beautiful, big and expansive, modern with all mod cons needed for a great holiday. The pool was big hit with the kids, location is fantastic, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as is the local Kata night market, and there is also a gym (you need to pay for this but is fairly cheap) around 5mins walk. The housekeeping maids done a fantastic job cleaning the villa on a daily basis, and the complimentary laundry service was fantastic and really helpful. A great choice if you are looking for villa for a family or large group highly recommended.
