Overview
A four-bedroom pool villa of about 550 sqm in a gated estate on the hillside above Kata Beach, in the Karon sub-district of Phuket. The beach is an eight-minute walk downhill, with cafés, restaurants and a convenience store on the way.
Living room, dining area and kitchen share one open pavilion beneath a stepped timber ceiling that rises to a skylight. Carved timber panels, a large textile wall hanging and woven pendant lights set off the warm wood and natural stone. Full-height glass doors slide open to the pool deck, and the kitchen is arranged around a long island with bar stools.
Each of the four bedrooms has a 1.8-metre king bed, its own bathroom and direct access to the pool area, and a separate guest WC serves the living spaces. The master bathroom adds a freestanding bath. Windows are double-glazed throughout, which keeps the rooms quiet and cool, and the front door opens with a keypad.
Outside, timber decking frames the pool, with sun loungers under a parasol, a built-in outdoor sofa and a long dining table beside a courtyard tree; there is also a barbecue grill and an outdoor shower. Parking is covered and on site, staff are available around the clock to let you in, and cleaning can be arranged during your stay.

Wilson Great villa overall—clean, tidy, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note: only 30 kWh of electricity per day is included. During our 3-night stay, we had to pay around 4,000 THB in extra electricity charges, even though we used electricity reasonably. It would be helpful if this policy and the potential additional costs were made clearer to guests.

Shi A great location, and ***, the villa host, was so warm. The villa is prettier than we imagined and spotlessly clean. My family and I had a lovely holiday here. You can walk to Kata beach, and the 24-hour security made the whole trip feel safe and relaxed. There are several breakfast places just outside the estate, which is very convenient. We will definitely come back next time.
