What guests say about our stays

A really good experience. *** and her team were so warm — thank you. I'll be recommending it to friends.

Great villa overall—clean, tidy, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note: only 30 kWh of electricity per day is included. During our 3-night stay, we had to pay around 4,000 THB in extra electricity charges, even though we used electricity reasonably. It would be helpful if this policy and the potential additional costs were made clearer to guests.

We had a wonderful stay here; it's truly great value for money. The house is gorgeous and looks just like the photos. On top of that, the host responds so quickly and helped us with everything. We are absolutely thrilled with our experience. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back

A great location, and ***, the villa host, was so warm. The villa is prettier than we imagined and spotlessly clean. My family and I had a lovely holiday here. You can walk to Kata beach, and the 24-hour security made the whole trip feel safe and relaxed. There are several breakfast places just outside the estate, which is very convenient. We will definitely come back next time.

The rooms are largely as pictured — clean, tidy and comfortable, and housekeeping was very prompt. The one drawback is that villa no.1 faces the road, so the motorbikes are noisy at night.
