A place decorated in South-East Asian style: refined and clean, and the mattress is good too. It's in the centre of the old town, not far from the walking street, a few minutes on foot or by taxi. The guesthouse is right on the street and easy to find. Safe and quiet. The host could answer my questions in Chinese at any time. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it.

Convenient and walkable to Old Town. Space was adequate for our needs. Friendly staff. There was quite a bit of road noise so needed ear plugs.

It was clean and spacious — very good.

Well, we thought the villa was great. We wanted to try something other than a hotel for once and weren't disappointed. The location was very quiet, with everything right around the corner: 7-Eleven, restaurants, bars and massage parlours. The beach was also easy to reach, as was Bangla Road. If we rented a villa again, it would be from this great host.

The villa was very clean and well maintained. The private pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again🥰

The location was a pleasant surprise: you can walk to a 7-Eleven, a vehicle rental shop, restaurants and a spa, which is so convenient. The villa is very clean; you can tell the staff pay close attention to hygiene. A very distinctive pool villa with lots of plants, and the surroundings are safe and quiet. Our family spent the last day of our Phuket holiday here. Many thanks to the staff for coming to check us in — everything was perfect.

A great location, and ***, the villa host, was so warm. The villa is prettier than we imagined and spotlessly clean. My family and I had a lovely holiday here. You can walk to Kata beach, and the 24-hour security made the whole trip feel safe and relaxed. There are several breakfast places just outside the estate, which is very convenient. We will definitely come back next time.
