We spent a wonderful long weekend at the villa celebrating a friend's 60th birthday. The villa staff were very welcoming to the 17 of us who stayed in this nine-bedroom villa. The home cooking was delicious, especially the lavish chef's dinner on our first night. *** and his team were also very willing to meet our special requests (such as eggs cooked a particular way, moving furniture and so on). The pool is good too; there's no view, but the water is clear. It's a perfect holiday spot for big families or groups of friends, and an ideal place for a party! Comfortable beds, bathrooms, sheets and towels are all provided. There's a kettle in the room, and since we all had use of the kitchen and dining room, if you like tea I suggest bringing your own tea bags!

Great location. Great hospitality. Efficient use of space. Unlike the description, the stay actually has a washing machine. So thats a plus. All in all perfect location for a group of people to stay in Patong

Highly recommended. I started communicating with the host few weeks before I finally booked this stay. The host responded me with patience. The house is in a very private villa. The house is good as described and all our group took a bunch of nice pictures with the view. The outstanding is the maid ***, she provided us careful services. And we also ordered a chef service for dinner from the host. It’s a very memorable dinner. The food is so good and better than I expected. Overall our group had a very memorable stay in this house. Thank you all

A lovely house.

We had a great stay in Phuket. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient less than a km from Bangla Street with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport, which made getting around simple. One room AC stopped working and the host ensured to get it fixed immediately. *** and her team were responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any questions we had were addressed quickly. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience. We’d happily recommend this place to other travelers and would consider staying here again.

Great long-term stay in Nimman. Perfect location near cafes/restaurants, reliable internet, and friendly building staff. Occasional airplane noise and check-in instructions could be clearer, but overall I’d book again.

An excellent stay. The house is very spacious and very well located in Patong.

You are really just paying a lot of money for the view. I would not book this place a second time. The villa's location is very inconvenient. Bottom line: we paid too much and expected more.

We stayed with family, we could check in with ease. Apartment location is good, secured and peaceful. Patong beach is famous and house owner is very nice for all the assistance. Apartment is big, neat and clean and loaded with all the things. We give 5 star ratings
