I had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect — just a short walk to Patong Beach, shops, and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore both the beach and nearby attractions. Wonderful!! It’s a perfect place for parties — there are no quiet-hour restrictions since there are no neighbors around. The villa offers a stunning open sea view and has a great location, just a few minutes’ drive from Patong. The housekeeper, ***, is also very friendly. I arrived very late at night but still received easy and polite check-in support. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back!

Great place. They have helpers and a chef that can assist you while staying. The host is also friendly and provides a fast response. The view is also amazing.

Great place, close to happening places out there. Convenience stores, restaurants are all available nearby. And the house was very nice, clean and tidy with proper facilities. Recommend

Nice spacious space, lots of light, and a peaceful corner of a busy area. Reccomended!

first floor bathroom shower is not working.

The hotel’s location is really great and very close to the sea, just a few minutes’ walk, so it’s easy to go for a stroll and look at the sea in the morning or evening. There are lots of restaurants around, with local snacks, seafood and cafés, so you never have to worry about what to eat. The nearby sights are fairly close together and quick to reach on foot or by taxi, so getting around is especially convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy overall, and the staff are warm and help with pretty much anything you need. The room was very comfortable, every day felt like being on holiday, and we would consider coming back next time.
