***’s condo exceeded all expectations. The unit is modern, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything from the fixtures to the furniture feels fresh and up to date. The kitchen is especially well-stocked with high-quality cooking gear, utensils, and dinnerware—plus a bonus air fryer that was easy to use and made healthy cooking a breeze. *** was an exceptional host—proactive, responsive, and genuinely caring. He checked in regularly and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The building staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the small but well-maintained exercise room, which was never crowded, and the peaceful pool area with a relaxing breeze. The location in Nimman couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Maya Mall, great restaurants, shops, and plenty of massage spots. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A beautiful sunlight villa where we had a lovely 2 week stay as a family. The children loved playing in the pool everyday and it’s easy to order Grab to the location Every bedroom has a spacious changing/dressing area and the master even has a cozy private office The staff keep the villa in great shape and are all very nice and helpful

The villa was a great location and *** was very responsive. We would have expected a bit better equipped kitchen there was only 1 wine glass and a few water glasses

Very good. Arriving at the house was a lovely surprise: it was very clean and tidy, and very spacious. My companions and I loved it, and we will book this house again next time. We were sad to leave.

While there was a slight delay during check-in, he handled it with grace and went out of his way to make up for it, which I truly appreciated. The location itself is peaceful and tucked away—perfect if you're after a quiet, relaxing break from the hustle. It felt like a private retreat, surrounded by nature and tranquillity. The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had clearly been thought through, and the amenities provided made it feel like a home away from home. For the value, it genuinely exceeded expectations. This was one of those rare finds that you want to keep to yourself but know deserves to be shared. I’ll definitely be back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, well-hosted getaway.

It was very good.

The whole villa is very spacious and has enough room for 10 people. The pool is big enough, and the rest of the facilities are good enough for a longer stay. The location is fine if you have your own vehicle. You should bear this in mind beforehand, because without transport you cannot get to any sights, beaches and so on. Communication went smoothly, even though we never actually saw or met the hosts themselves. Our requests were answered quickly, though. The only drawback was how complaints were followed up. The bolt of the lock in the house did not extend fully, so the lock could have been forced open with some effort. The caretaker was supposed to come, but never did. The dishwasher did not work, but washing up by hand was possible. I could lock the safe but not unlock it. The caretaker was supposed to open the safe again, but never came. All in all, though, we would come back.

The first floor water heater is broken.

The accommodation matches the photos exactly. Well located in a quiet, guarded residence. The host is always there if you have a question and replies fairly quickly. Very professional. A very good stay. We arrived during the cleaning, so we were able to see how they clean, and honestly it's very clean. They even cleaned the air conditioners, which you don't often see in Thailand, but here you do. I recommend it.
