We had a lovely stay here. It’s a great place for big, multiple families or big groups! The place is just like it’s described and clean. They provide basic amenities too throughout the house which was really nice. The mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade but overall our experience was great!

Great place to stay if you like cats, as you have free access to the cat cafe. Great location very short walk to the beach. Room was a little small but was perfectly fine for a few days stay. We also had a small balcony with was nice.

Good value but the room was a little run down. Area was clean and the lines were fresh, but the room def needed some work. Pics were more “crisp.” Staff was really friendly. It did smell like cat piss when you walked in, but that was as expected since it was a cat hotel. Once we ran the air-conditioning for a while, the smell kind of went away. Great location and walkable to 7-Eleven and multiple restaurants minutes from the beach! Easy to get picked up and dropped off.

Great villa overall—clean, tidy, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note: only 30 kWh of electricity per day is included. During our 3-night stay, we had to pay around 4,000 THB in extra electricity charges, even though we used electricity reasonably. It would be helpful if this policy and the potential additional costs were made clearer to guests.

Highly recommended, room is as clean as stated in the pictures and description. Bed was comfy and clean.
